WEST

Tucked away in a remote corner of West Bay, Ristorante Pappagallo sits on a mangrove-lined lagoon. The impressive building, with its high thatched roof, houses colourful parrots, macaws and cockatoos. But more impressive than the setting is the food, considered by many to be the best on the island.
